How You'll Receive Your Files
You'll receive a delivery email from the HPS team with a secure link to your content. Your folder will contain everything from your shoot: photos, video files, floor plans, and any additional deliverables in your package. Your delivery link never expires - you can always return to it anytime or search your email for your original delivery message to pull it back up.
How to Download Your Content
Always download the original file, never screenshot your photos. Screenshots lose resolution and print quality. For step-by-step download instructions, visit the Help Center at the bottom of this page.

Social Media Tips
- -Upload original video files directly to Instagram, Facebook, or YouTube. Never compress or convert before uploading.
- -For Reels and Stories, use the vertical video file if one was included in your package.
- -Photos perform best when uploaded as JPGs straight from your delivery folder, not screenshots or forwarded images.
- -Tag @homephotosource on Instagram when you share. We love to reshare great work from our clients.
A Few Simple Ground Rules.
Your content is licensed for marketing the property it was created for. You're welcome to use it across all standard real estate marketing channels.
Please don't resell or license the content to third parties, and avoid edits that misrepresent the property. A photo credit or tag to HPS when sharing publicly is always appreciated, never required.
