Downloading Your Media

Everything about accessing the photos, videos, and assets we deliver.

How do I download my listing?+
Every listing arrives with a delivery email containing a secure link to your media. Open the link on any device, then choose Download All for the full package or pick individual files. You can also log into your account anytime and find every listing under Listings.
How do I download media on my phone?+
Tap the delivery link from your phone, choose the size you need (typically MLS or Web for social), then tap Download. On iPhone, files save to your Photos app for photos and to the Files app for video. On Android, files save to Downloads or Photos depending on type.
How do I download a video on iPhone?+
Open the delivery link in Safari, tap the video, then tap the download icon. The file saves to the Files app under Downloads. To move it into your Photos library, open Files, long-press the video, and choose Save Video.
Can I download media with my own branding?+
Yes. Branded versions (with your headshot, logo, and contact info) are available alongside unbranded versions on the delivery page. Use unbranded files for the MLS and branded files everywhere else.
What sizes and formats do I get?+
Photos are delivered in MLS-ready and full-resolution formats. Videos arrive as standard video files optimized for social platforms and your property website. Floor plans and aerials come as high-resolution images ready for print or web.

Your Account

How do I set or reset my password?+
Visit the login page and choose Forgot Password. Enter the email on file with us and you'll receive a reset link. If you don't see it within a few minutes, check spam or reach out to our team.
How do I set up SMS notifications?+
From your account, go to Settings → Notifications and add your mobile number. You'll get a text the moment your media is ready, plus optional updates on appointments and invoices.
How do I pay multiple invoices at once?+
Open Billing from your account menu, check the invoices you'd like to pay, and choose Pay Selected. You can pay by card or saved payment method in a single transaction.
How do I save a payment method?+
Go to Settings → Payment Methods and add a card. We support all major cards. Saved methods make checkout one click on future orders.

Sharing with Your Team

Bring your transaction coordinator, assistant, or brokerage into the workflow.

How do I invite an Account Manager?+
From your account, go to Settings → Team and choose Invite Account Manager. Enter their email, set their access level, and they'll receive an invitation to log in and manage media on your behalf.
What can an Account Manager do?+
Account Managers can download media, place orders, view invoices, and edit property websites. Perfect for transaction coordinators, assistants, and marketing teammates.
Can I just forward the delivery email?+
Yes - the delivery email link works for anyone you send it to, with no login required. It's the fastest way to hand assets off to a TC, marketing person, or brokerage.

Your Property Website

Customize and manage the single property website for each listing.

Branded vs. unbranded property websites - what's the difference?+
Branded includes your photo, logo, and contact info - use it on social, in emails, and on flyers. Unbranded removes all agent identifiers and is what you submit to the MLS.
How do I make changes to my property website?+
Open the listing from your account, click Edit Property Website, and update text, description, or featured details inline. Changes publish instantly.
How do I rearrange or hide photos?+
In the property website editor, drag any photo to reorder it. To hide an image from the public website (without deleting it), toggle the visibility icon on the photo's thumbnail.
How do I change the URL of my property website?+
From the listing's settings, choose Custom URL and enter the slug you'd like (for example, 123-main-st). We'll check availability and update the link instantly.
How do I add custom text to a property website?+
Open the property website editor and use the Custom Block section to add headlines, paragraphs, or extra details - anything from neighborhood notes to lender info.
How do I customize property details (beds, baths, sqft)?+
In the editor, click any property detail to edit its label, icon, or value. Hide details you don't need and add custom ones (HOA, lot features, recent updates) to highlight what makes the home special.
Can I add an agent info section?+
Yes - branded property websites include an agent section with your headshot, bio, and contact details. Edit it from your account profile and it updates across every listing.
How do I disable a download page or property website?+
Open the listing, go to Settings, and toggle off the download page or property website. You can re-enable either at any time.

Marketing & Sharing

Tips for getting the most out of your content online.

What's the best way to post a video tour on social?+
Download the vertical (9:16) version for Reels, TikTok, and Stories. Use the square or horizontal version for the in-feed post on Instagram and Facebook. Always lead with motion in the first second.
Can I use these photos for print marketing?+
Yes - your full-resolution files are print-ready for postcards, brochures, and signage for this listing. The license covers the marketing of this specific property.
Can I post media before the listing is live?+
We recommend waiting until the listing is active on the MLS - most brokerages require it. Coming Soon teasers are usually fine with a clear disclaimer; check your brokerage's policy.
